Politika e Anullimit

17TH OF DEC 2013 TILL THE 31ST OF MARCH 2014: The fee for the cancellation will be charged in accordance with the date stated in the written cancellation as follows: 10% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 44-30 days prior to arrival date. 30% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 29-15 days prior to arrival date. 80% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 14-8 days prior to arrival date. 100% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 7-0 days prior to arrival date or in case of no show. In the event a guest departs prior to the booked check out date, MK Mountain Resort will charge the full amount (total) for the previously booked stay. IN OTHER PERIODS THE FOLLOWING CONDITON 30% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled or changed 10 days prior to arrival date for FIT (cancellation 11 days and more, before the arrival, free of charge)
